 QUOTATIONS INCLUDE:
 1. The full time services of professional hunters and staff including :trackers, skinners, cooks and camp assistants, camp first aid medical kit.
 2. Full accommodation and camp equipment, including linen, towels,pressure lamps, refrigeration and daily laundry service
 3. Full catering including fresh fruit and vegetables, table wine, beer and soft drinks,Liquor & Liquers.
 4. One 4-wheel drive hunting car per Professional Hunter.
 5. Preservation and handling of trophies in the field. (If Applicable)
 6. Cost of hunting licenses.

 QUOTATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE:
 1. Tobacco, gratuities.
 2. Charter or other flights to and from hunting areas, as well as hotel accommodation before, during and after the contracted safari period.
 3. Trophy charges.
 4. Firearm rentals - $25 per day per rifle or shotgun. Ammunition extra.
 5. Government taxes applicable . 2% of Daily Rates.
 6. Road transfers nearest airport, to camp return $250 per person. NOTE: Day of hunting area transfer,considered as a hunting day.
 7. Pre-Baiting can be arranged at additional costs.
 8. Delivery of raw prepared trophies to shipping agent or taxidermist $250per hunter.
 9. Day of area transfer considered hunting day.
 10. CITES Permits $100 per cites animal.
 11. Ivory registration and administration fee $250 per Elephant.

 TERMS OF BUSINESS
 1. A deposit of 50% on total daily rate is required to confirm bookings.
 2. No refund of deposit can be made if client cancels safari.
 3. All charges are subject to change. (PLEASE NOTE)
 4. Trophy charges are applicable only to animals actually bagged or wounded and lost.
 5. All payments on safari must be made in travellers cheques ONLY.
